I have been a very happy client of East Gippsland Podiatry for over nine years and have nothing but praise for the clinic and its staff. The surroundings are clean, comfortable, well appointed and well maintained with easy disabled access and good general parking. The reception staff are all well presented, friendly and courteous as well as being extremely helpful whilst at all times maintaining a knowledgeable and professional manner. I have always found the treatment of my feet to be of the highest order, being very thorough while still being gentle and professionally administered in a friendly and caring way. Follow up treatment and advice is thorough and usually successful whilst pit falls are warned against and useful alternative recommendations are made. All my orthotics have been made on the premises and are extremely comfortable and have reduced initial problems and made walking easier indeed, in later years, actually possible. Any necessary later adjustments are carried out willingly and promptly. All staff, whether professional or reception, are easy to talk to and get along, with understanding of a clients problems and remain at all times.

With the approval of Veterans Affairs, I have been receiving treatment from Mal Walker and his team for a number of years. The clinic is centrally located and parking is generally no problem, particularly for those with a disability.

Reception staff are alway friendly and patient, even when I have been late or have forgotten an appointment. When this occurs, another appointment is quickly arranged. Though the problem I have can't be cured, initial treatment and follow up have eased the pain and made walking more comfortable. During a Vietnam Veterans Health Course, for Veterans ranging in ages from mid 40's to mid 80's, Mal was invited to give a talk on the health and care of feet. It was appreciated by all of us, we learnt things we didn't know about our feet and their care.
I can recommend Mal and his team to anyone who has a foot problem for the reasons mentioned above.

I have no hesitation in recommending East Gippsland Podiatry service having had regular treatment for the past seven years. Each appointment begins with the helpful attention of the friendly receptionist; a comfortable waiting room to sit in until your turn comes, plus toilet facilities and disabled access are there if required. There is always thorough caring advice given to any query regarding the professional health of one's feet. I have been a client of East Gippsland Podiatry Clinic for over 10 years. During this time I have been extremely happy with the services offered. Everyone associated with the clinic always shows a high standard of professionalism and knowledge and are always friendly and polite. The treatment at the clinic is always gentle and thorough as is the follow up treatment.
Overall I would like to say I could not be happier with the staff, treatment and the presentation of the East Gippsland Podiatry Clinic.

My feet are very important to me and the treatment I have received is very thorough. I have also received orthotics from Mal and they have reduced the initial pain and help me walk a lot better.
